Diagnosis

Female gaster dark with first tergite yellowish-brown; mesoscutum with anterior one-third golden-green, posterior two-thirds yellowish-brown; scutellum predominantly brown; fore wing with median one-third strongly infuscate, and with speculum open below; vertex yellowish-brown; occiput dark brown. Similar to upalacola, but with longer median propodeum and shorter fore wing.
